qol suggestion, group the "on sale" notifications#55

it can get pretty overwhelming to see lots of “on sale” notifications popping up at once during some steam sales, so I suggest to group them all into a single “several games from your wishlist is on sale” notification and show a number of games inside and maybe ability to unfold this notification and see all of them
